Squire Force was a private in the Morris Co., New Jersey militia in the Revolution.

In a 1778 list of New Jersey Ratables, he is shown as a householder with one horse, 2 horned cattle, and 3 hogs. (Stryker-Rodda, Kenn. New Jersey Ratables, 1778-80. (Genealogical Magazine of New Jersey, Vol 45 [Jan 1970], p. 14.)
