"16 Jun 1793, Squire Force, an interloper and intruder, took forcible possession of my lot of ground called the parsonage, at the meeting house." From Records of the Presbyterian Church at New Providence, New Jersey kept by the Rev. Jonathan Elder, 1763-1793.3,1,5
