Laura Smith was born say 1883; Possibly the Sarah L. Smith who died 7 Nov 1889 aged 6 years, 1 mo, 14 days.1,2 She died before 1900 The 1900 census indicated mother Amy had only 5 surviving children; the obituary identified the five, still living in 1916.3,4
