Dr. Robert Anderson Cooke, MD, son of Dr. Henry Gansevoort Cooke, MD and Maria Burritt Cowdrey, was born at Holmdel, Monmouth Co., New Jersey, 17 August 1880,1,2 and baptized at the First Reformed Dutch Church, Holmdel, Monmouth Co., New Jersey, 18 December 1880.1 He died at New Jersey, 7 May 1960,3 and was buried in the Old Brick Reformed Church Cemetery, Marlboro, Monmouth Co., New Jersey.4

Robert married (1) Florence Rogers at Interlaken, Seneca Co., New York, 9 October 1916;5 they later divorced, after 1920;6 he married (2) Alberta Louise Hegar, before 1930;6 he married (3) Maria McNally at New York, New York Co., New York, 10 March 1949.

Dr. Robert Anderson Cooke, MD was awarded his Batchelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Rutgers in 1900 and 1904, respectively and earned his M.D. from the College of Physicians and Surgeons, also in 1904.7
