Sir Hugh de Audley, Knt., Earl of Gloucester, son of Sir Hugh de Audley, Knt., Lord Audley and Iseult le Rous, was born about 1289.1,2 He died 10 November 1347,1,3 and was buried at Tonbridge Priory, Kent, England.3

Hugh married, as her 2nd husband, Margaret de Clare, daughter of Sir Gilbert de Clare, Knt., 6th Earl of Gloucester and Joan of England, at King's Chapel, Windsor, Berkshire, England, 28 April 1317.1,2
