Louis VII, King of France, son of Louis VI, King of France and Adelaide of Savoy, was born in 1120.1 He died at Paris, France, 18 September 1180,1 and was buried at Abbey of Nortre-Dame-de-Barbeau, Fontainebleau, France.1

Louis married (1) Eleanor of Aquitaine, daughter of William X, Duke of Aquitaine and Eleanor de Chastellerault, at Bordeaux, France, 25 July 1137;1 they later divorced, 21 March 1152, on grounds of consanguinity;1 he married (2) Constance of Castile, daughter of Alfonso VII, King of Castilla and Berenguela of Barcelona, 1153/54;1 he married (3) Adelaide de Blois, daughter of Thibaut IV "le Grand," Chev., Count of Blois, Champagne, and Troyes and Matilda of Carinthia, 11 October 1160.1
