Phebe Cooper, daughter of Samuel Cooper and Abigail (…), died after 29 December 1809, when she was named executor of her husband's will.1

Phebe married (1) (…) Jagger, whose given name and ancestry are unknown (or not traced here);2 she married (2) Zebulon Wick, son of Job Wick and Anna Cook, 5 August 1789.1

She is shown as the widow Phebe Jagger in an agreement between the church members and their new pastor, Joshua Williams, 14 December 1784.3
