Henry Gansevoort Cooke, son of Dr. Henry Gansevoort Cooke, MD and Maria Burritt Cowdrey, was born at Holmdel, Monmouth Co., New Jersey, 12 September 18831,2 and baptized at the First Reformed Dutch Church, Holmdel, Monmouth Co., New Jersey, 12 September 1883.1 He died at Holmdel, 15 December 1884,2,3 and was buried in the Old Brick Reformed Church Cemetery, Marlboro, Monmouth Co., New Jersey.4
