Marguerite of Flanders, daughter of Baudouin VI, Emperor of Constantinople, Count of Flanders & Hainault and Marie of Champagne, was born in 1202.1 She died 10 February 1280.2

Marguerite married (1) Bouchard d'Avesnes, Chev., Bailli of Hainault, son of Jacques d'Avesnes seigneur of Avesnes, Condé, Guise, and Leuze and Adelive of Guise, before 23 July 1212;1 she married (2) Guillaume de Dampierre, seigneur of Dampierre-sur-l'Aube, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), before 15 November 1223.2
