William married (1), as her 3rd husband, Alice de Tony, daughter of Sir Ralph de Tony, Knt. and Mary (---), 26 October 1316;2 he married (2), as her 2nd husband, Eleanor de Clare, daughter of Sir Gilbert de Clare, Knt., 6th Earl of Gloucester and Joan of England, about 26 January 1328/29.3
