Isabel de Clare, Lady Berkeley, daughter of Sir Gilbert de Clare, Knt., 6th Earl of Gloucester and Alice de Lusignan, was born 10 March 1262/63.1 She died in 1333.2

Isabel married (1) Sir Guy de Beauchamp, Knt., 10th Earl of Warwick, son of William de Beauchamp, 9th Earl of Warwick and Maud Fitz John, between 4 March 1291 and 11 May 1297;1 they were separated by 1302 and later divorced;1 she married (2), as his 2nd wife, Sir Maurice de Berkeley, Knt., 2nd Lord Berkeley, son of Thomas de Berkeley and Joan de Ferrers, about 1316.2
