Ann Hallock, daughter of Thomas Hallock and Hope Comstock, was born say 1690.1 She died, probably due to complications from childbirth, at Aquebogue, Suffolk Co., New York, 12 March 1724/25.2,3

Ann married John Youngs, son of Christopher Youngs and Mary Budd, at Suffolk Co., New York, 7 January 1706/7.2,4

There is only one Anna Hallock in the 1698 list of inhabitants of Southold and hence the only known candidate to be the Ann Hallock who married John Youngs in 1707. There is no other known evidence that links her with Anna of the 1698 list, other than "the name's the same."5,4
