Edward Lascelles, son of Daniel Lascelles and Mary Lascelles, was born probably shortly before his baptism at Northallerton, Yorkshire, England, 25 February 1702/3.1 He died 31 October 1747,1,2 and was buried at St. Michael's Parish, Barbados.1

Edward married Frances Ball, daughter of Guy Ball and Catherine Duboys, at Christ Church Parish, Barbados, 1 January 1731/32.1,3

Collector of customs at Barbados. His tomb at St. Michaels was destroyed by the fall of the church tower in the great hurricane, 1870.4
