Pliny Miller, son of Abraham Miller and Mary Sackett, was born at Sheffield, Berkshire Co., Massachusetts, 10 August 1754.1 He died 16 April 1818,2 and was buried at Apulia Cemetery, Onondaga Co., New York.2

Pliny married Desire Hillyer, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here).3

In 1800 he was ennumerated at Stephentown, Rensselaer Co., New York, with
males: 1 over 45, and 2 between16-26,
females: 1 over 45, 2 between 16-26, 1 between 10-16, and 3 under 10.

Other than his wife and one son, Pliny, no other members in the family have been identified. He has not been found in any other census record in New York or other neighboring states.4
