The father of the three Thompson brothers is made known to us by the wills of two of his sons in New Haven which identified them in New Haven. In spite of the coincidences of the sons names (William, Anthony, & John), Jacobus shows this man is not Henry of Lenham, co. Kent, England, nor Thomas of Pethem, co. Kent, who both had sons with those names.1
