Francis Billington, son of John Billington and Elinor (…), was born at England, about 1606.1 He died at Middleborough, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts, 3 December 1684.2

Francis married, as her 2nd husband, Christian Penn, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), at Plymouth, Plymouth Colony, July 1634.2
