Dominick Wheeler

Dominick Wheeler, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), was born at Wiltshire, England, say 1565.¹ He died at Salisbury, Wiltshire, England, before 16 February 1615/16.¹

Dominick Wheeler was a shearman or sheared cloth. He was probably belonged to St. Edmund's church in Salisbury which was known for it's puritanical beliefs.²

Dominick left a will dated 12 December 1615, and proved 16 Feb 1615/16:
In the name of god Amen. the 12th daye of December 1615 That I Domny Wheeler of the Cittye of newe Sarum in the County of Wites Sherma' being by the p'vidence of god stricken Sicke of body but of perfect & good memory thanks be unto god, I do by this my laste will & Testament I will & give unto my wife Mercy Wheeler all & singular my goodes & cattell both Reall & p'sonall movablill & unmovabel during her naturall life & after her life ther Endinge that then both thes thinges afor Specifield to Come unto John Wheller the Eldeste Sonne of the forsaid Domny Wheller. I will also & give unto my sone John Wheller a little Clock & a plater moreover I will & give unto Annes Wheller the wife of John Wheller five shillgs or anythinge to the value thereof I will & give unto Edward Wheller my son John Wheller's Eldest sone on silver Spone & to his brother John Wheller 1 pottinger. in witnes hereof I have sett my hand the Date abve writen
