Mary married Walter Matthews, son of Oliver Matthews and Elizabeth (…), say 1737.3,4

Said by many researchers and publications to be the daughter of John and Susanna (Pierson) Mildenhall, yet no contemporary evidence has been found or offered. Though Cowan and Shetrone think it likely, until the source of the assertion is found, I feel it must remain an open question.1
