John Fitzherbert, esquire, conveyed a messuage and land in Standon, Hertford, by fine to John Page, Humphrey Isake, and Andrew Woodruffe, which Dionisia Fytzherbert, widow, held for life of the heritage of [her son] the said John Fitzherbert. In 1552, John Page Sr. and Katherine, his wife conveyed a messuage and garden in Standon, by fine to William Thystylwett and Allice, his wife.1
John left a will dated 4 March 1555/56, and proved 5 May 1556:
In 1561, Katherine, Thomas Chandler and his wife Joan conveyed messuages and lands in Puckeridge, Standon, and Braughing, co. Hertford, by fine, to John Warde.1
