Daniel Cook, son of Jonathan Cook, was born about 1730. He died 4 December 1774, at age 44,1 and was buried at Quogue Cemetery, Quogue, Suffolk Co., New York.1

A letter of administration was granted to his brother, Jonathan Cook of New York City, 12 January 1775.2
