Daniel C. Carner, son of Daniel Carner and Nancy McCormack, was born at Caldwell Co., Kentucky, in 1819, having stated he was age 63 at his third marriage in 1885.1,2,3,4,5 He died at Caldwell Co., before 25 October 1899, when his will was proved.6,7

Daniel married (1) Elizabeth Ellen Hail, daughter of John Hail and Mary Hart, at Caldwell Co., 7 September 1844;8,9 he married (2), as her 2nd husband, Caroline Hubbard at Caldwell Co., 5 September 1876;10,11,8 they later divorced, before 1885;12 he married (3) Elizabeth Cantrell at Caldwell Co., 22 June 1885. The ancestries of the last two wives are unknown (or not traced here).5,13
