Gregory married Ann Reade, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here).1

Gregory left a will dated at Whitby Abbey, Whitby, Yorkshire, England, 15 September 1540, and proved 18 Dec 1540. In it he requested burial at Whitby and named:
