Sancho II "Abarca," King of Navarre, son of Garcia III, King of Navarre and Andregoto, Countess of Aragón, was born about 940.1 He died 25 December 994,1 and was buried at the Monastery of St. John de la Peña, Spain.1

Sancho married, as her 3rd husband, Urraca Fernández, of Castile, daughter of Fernan Gonzáles, Count of Castile and Sancha of Navarre, about 963.1
