Sir George Lumley, Knt., M.P., 3rd Lord Lumley, son of Sir Thomas Lumley, Knt., 2nd Lord Lumley and Margaret Harington, was born about 1445 being aged 40 and more at his father's death.1,2 He died 13 November 1507.3

George married Elizabeth Thornton, daughter of Roger Thornton, Esq. and Elizabeth Greystoke.4
