William married (1), as her 2nd husband, Margaret de Gatesden, daughter of Sir John de Gatesden, Knt. and Hawise de Courtenay, about 1298;2 he married (2), as her 2nd husband, Eve de Hauterive, daughter of John de Hauterive and Elizabeth de la Stane, before 6 November 1314.3
