William Fish, son of Robert Fish and Mary Hall, was born at Portsmouth, Newport Co., Rhode Island, 7 June 1695.1 He died before 30 September 1768, when his inventory was taken.2

William married Mary Bennett, daughter of Robert Bennett and Anne Cory, before 10 March 1721, when she was named as the wife of William Fish in her father's will.3
