Ruth Cook, daughter of Aaron Cook and Ruth Burrage, was born at Wallingford, Connecticut, 7 September 1738.1 She is said to have died at Guilford, Connecticut, 9 June 1790, but other than Talcott's report, there seems to be no record of her death nor of a 2nd marriage.2

Ruth married William Collins, son of Daniel Collins and Lois Cornwall, at Guilford 25 May 1758.2,3,1
