Rose married Robert Freville, Esq., son of John Freville, about 1500.1,2
Rose was once identified as Rose Peyton, daughter of Sir Thomas Peyton and Margaret Fraunceys. This would have given her a distinguished ancestry from Henry I, Robert de Vere (Magna Carta Surety), and Charlemagne. However, Stratton disproved this identification in 1988. Her ancestry remains unknown.3,1
Rose left a will dated 20 April 1529, and proved 31 May 1529 naming:
