Stephen Cook, son of Thomas Cook and Mary Cory, was born at Tiverton, Newport Co., Massachusetts, 26 March 1703.1 He died at Tiverton, Newport Co., Rhode Island, 26 March 1803.1 Both he and his wife were buried at R. I. Historical Cemetery 54, Tiverton, Newport Co., Rhode Island.1

Stephen married Mary Tallman, daughter of John Tallman and Anne Bennett, about 1734.1
