Margery de Cauz, daughter of John de Cauz and Aline de Bolam, was born about 1220.1 She died before 4 December 1284.1

Margery married (1) William le Breton, son of William Brito and Eve de Grey, about 1235;1 she married (2), as his 2nd wife, Richard de Gosebec, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), before 22 February 1247;1 when there is this entry in the Calendar of Fine Rolls for 30 Henry III:
Order to the sheriff of Norfolk and Suffolk that, having taken an inquisition into who were those with Richard de Gosebek who by night abducted she who was the wife of William le Bretun, he is to keep the bodies of all those who abducted her in the king’s prison until he has an order from the king otherwise. He is also to take into the king’s hand all lands and chattels formerly of the aforesaid Richard and she who was the wife of the aforesaid William and of those who were present at that abduction, and he is to keep them safely until he has an order from the king otherwise.1
