Sir Roger de Pilkington, Knt., Knight of the Shire for Lancashire, son of Sir Alexander de Pilkington, Knt. and Alice (…), died about 1347.1

Roger married Alicia de Bury, daughter of Adam de Bury and Margery de Radcliffe.2

Pilkington says Isabella married Thomas de Lathom, and is the mother of Isabel who married Geoffrey de Worsley and John Stanley. Neither Richardson nor Ormerod show this, making Joan Venables his only wife and assign all of his children to her. Posts to SGM and sources provided therein appear to support Richardson and Ormerod, that this Isabella married the son of Thomas and Joan (Venables) Lathom, and that she had a second marriage to John Dalton. The post by Suthen does not offer sources for her marriages.3,4,5,6,7
