Pieter Boeckhout, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), died after 27 September 1703, when he and his wife sold property.1

Pieter married Elsie (…), whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here).1

22 October 1688 he and his wife purchased a farm from John Jennings and his wife Greta. They later sold the farm, with a mortgage, 25 September 1703. There doesn't seem to be a record of the default on the mortage, nor a record of the property transferring to Elias, but his heirs were in possession and sold the property in 1738.1

Pieter Boeckhout was appointed surveyor of highways for Bowery division of the Out Ward, 29 September 1694.1
