John Holbrook, son of Thomas Holbrook and Jane Powys, was born probably shortly before his baptism at St Johns, Glastonbury, Somersetshire, England, 6 April 1618.1,2 He died at Weymouth, Norfolk Co., Massachusetts, 23 November 1699.1

John married (1) Sarah (…), about 1640;1 he married (2) Elizabeth Stream, daughter of Thomas Stream and Elizabeth Whitman, about 1645;1 he married (3) Mary Jacob. The ancestries of Sarah (…) and Mary Jacob are unknown (or not traced here).3
