Elizabeth Cook, daughter of Colonel Ellis Cook and Lucy Ely, was born 21 May 1779.1 She died 30 September 1780, aged 1 year, 4 months, 9 days,1 and was buried at the First Presbyterian Church of Hanover Cemetery, Hanover, Morris Co., New Jersey.1,2

The Ely Ancestry claims she survived and married (____) Ward of Danbury, Connecticut. However, Ellis names all his children in his will, and does not name Elizabeth nor any Ward grandchildren.3,4
