Pernel married (1) Sir Ralph VI de Toeni, Knt., lord of Toeni, son of Sir Roger IV de Toeni, Knt. and Constance de Beaumont, between 1232 and 1233;2,3 she married (2) William de Saint Omer, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), before 15 October 1256.2
