Maud de Warenne, daughter of Hamelin, 5th Earl of Surrey and Isabelle de Warenne, Countess of Surrey, died between 1212 and 1228.1

Maud married (1) Henry d'Eu, 6th Count of Eu, son of Jean, 5th Count d'Eu, lord of Hastings and Alice d'Aubeney, after 1170;1 she married (2) Henry de Stuteville, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), after March 1183.1
