Jean de Brienne, Butler of France, son of Jean de Brienne, King of Jerusalem and Berengaria of Leon, died 8 January 1296,1,2 and was buried at Maubuisson Abbey, Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône, Val-d'Oise, Paris, France.1

Jean married (1), as her 2nd husband, Jeanne de Châteaudun, daughter of Geoffroi VI de Châteaudun, Vicomte de Châteaudun and Clémence de Roches, in 1251;1,2 he married (2), as her 2nd husband, Marie de Coucy, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), before 5 June 1257.1
