Nathaniel Dickenson, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), was born between 1700 and 1710.1 He died at Spotsylvania Co., Virginia, before 16 May 1776, when his will was proved.2

Nathaniel married Elizabeth (…), whose parents are unknown (or untraced), between 1725 and 1730.3

Nathaniel left a will dated 21 October 1775, and proved 16 May 1776 naming:

sons William, Nathaniel, Richard,& Elijah Dickenson
daughters Betty Pulliam and Fanny Garton indicating Fanny was now single and when she died, her portion would go to Elijah Garton's children.2
