Micajah Stone, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), was born at Lunenburg Co., Virginia, in 1745.1 He died at Bedford Co., Virginia, before 24 June 1799.2
Micajah married Apphia Hurt, daughter of Moses Hurt and Ruth Turner, at Bedford Co. about 1767.1
The final allotment of land occurred on 11 April 1810 when Stephen, Micajah, Moses, John and Admire received their portions. Noah and James had earlier sold their shares to Micajah so he received three allotments.3
Micajah left a will dated at Bedford Co., 1 February 1799, and proved 24 June 1799 naming:
