Sir Henry de Percy, Knt., 3rd Lord Percy, son of Sir Henry de Percy, Knt., 2nd Lord Percy and Idoine de Clifford, was born at Seamer, Yorkshire, England, between 1322 and 1325.1 He died about 18 May 1368,1 when he was buried at Alnwick Abbey, Northumberland, England.1

Henry married (1) Mary of Lancaster, daughter of Sir Henry of Lancaster, Knt., Earl of Lancaster and Maud de Chaworth, about 4 September 1334;1 he married (2) Joan de Orreby, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), about May 1365.1
