Sir Robert de Tibetot, Knt., 3rd Lord Tibetot, son of Sir John de Tibetot, Knt., 2nd Lord Tibetot and Margaret de Badlesmere, was born probably shortly before his baptism at Nettlestead, Suffolk, England, 11 June 1341.1 He died, apparently at Gascony, France, 13 April 1372.1

Robert married Margaret Deincourt, daughter of William Deincourt, 2nd Lord Deincourt and Millicent La Zouche, before 5 June 1348.1
