Mindwell Lyman, daughter of Deacon Ebenezer Lyman and Experience Pomeroy, was born at Northampton, Hampshire Co., Massachusetts, 13 July 17141 and later baptized at Durham, Connecticut, 15 September 1718.1

Mindwell married Jacob Strong, son of Jacob Strong and Abigail Bissell, at Torrington, Connecticut, 29 October 1741.1,2
