William Clarke, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), was born say 1735. He died at Barbados, before 21 June 1766,1 when he was buried at St. Philip's Parish, Barbados.1

William married, as her 2nd husband, Thomasin Bonnet, daughter of Edward Bonnet and Mary Thornhill, at Christ Church Parish, Barbados, 4 February 1758.2,3
