John Macy, son of John Macy and Judith Worth, was born at Nantucket, Nantucket Co., Massachusetts, 11 February 1721/22.1 He died at New Garden, Guilford Co., North Carolina, 18 July 1795, aged about 74 years,2 and was buried at Shurbon Friends Burial Ground, Guilford Co., North Carolina.2

John married Eunice Coleman, daughter of Elihu Coleman and Jemima Barnard, at Nantucket 13 October 1743.3,4
