John married Judith Worth, daughter of John Worth and Miriam Gardner, at Nantucket 25 April 1707.3

John left a will dated 2 November 1751, and probated 8 Feb 1754 characterizing himself as "being weak and low as to bodily health" and naming
wife Judith
daughters Anne Jenkins, Judith Macy, Sarah Gardner, Abigail Macy, Miriam Coffin deceased
sons Seth, John, David, Jonathan, and William Macy
unnamed grandchildren of his deceased daughter Miriam Coffin
