Elizabeth (…), whose parents are unknown (or untraced), died at Stratford, Connecticut, before 4 June 1658, when her will was proved.1,2
Elizabeth was in Stratford as early as 1650, but Hinman shows there is absolutely no evidence to prove she was the Elizabeth Hutchins who married John Curtis at Nazeing, England, 19 April 1610, nor any evidence to show who was the father of her children.
Her undated will was proved 4 June 1658 and names grandchildren John and Jonathan Curtiss, sons of John and William; grandchildren John, Israel, Jonathan, and Sarah, children of said John and William, grandchild Mary Curtiss daughter of Thomas Curtiss; grandchild John (son of John), Jonathan Curtiss (son of William).1,3
