Ellis Cook, son of Williams Cook and Sarah Cocker, was born about 1754. He died in 1832.1 Both he and his wife were buried at First Presbyterian Church of Hanover Cemetery, Hanover, Morris Co., New Jersey.1

Ellis married (1) Isabella Davis, daughter of George Davis and Sarah Martha Rutherford;2,3,4,5 he married (2), as her 2nd husband, Phoebe (…), whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), after 1825.6
