Martha Cook, daughter of Ellis Cook and Isabella Davis, was born 19 August 1784. She died 2 March 1847, in her 63rd year1 and was buried at the First Presbyterian Church of Hanover Cemetery, Hanover, Morris Co., New Jersey.1

Martha married (1), as his 2nd wife, Cyrus Ball, son of Daniel Ball and Anna Carter, at Newark, Essex Co., New Jersey, 25 November 1809;2,3,4,5 she married (2), as his 2nd wife, Phineas Beach, 23 October 1825.6
