Stephen married Anne (…), whose parents are unknown.1

Stephen Cook left a will dated 10 June 1806 and proved 11 Jan 1814 leaving:
legacies, bequests, and one third to wife Anne,
legacies to daughters Lucy Halsey and Polly Cook
residual estate to sons Hervey and Baldwin
executors wife, Stephen Halsey Jr., Lemuel Halsey.2
