Dr. Silas Condict Cook, son of James Cook and Ruth Pierson, was born 25 December 1791.1,2 He died 27 February 1873,2 and was buried at the Union Cemetery, Hackettstown, Warren Co., New Jersey.2

Silas married Mary Hyndshaw, daughter of James Hyndshaw, about 1816.1
